If you have used Ewallet of Pakcoin(ewallet.pakcoin.org) the procedure is simple and self explanatory , as you can create a wallet online and use the same interface for sending your coins, but if you have used their offline paper wallet generator you will need to follow this
Surprisingly I couldn't find a single source where someone would have hinted with how to go about syncing offline paper wallet with the blockchain, so here it is
importprivkey PrivateKeyHackology "Free Coins"replace PrivateKeyHackology with the private key you obtained while making your offline paper wallet and "Free Coins" is your label so it can be anything you like
Step 7: Your backup of your wallet will not have this key in obviously. So before you do anything else backup the wallet.dat file as normal. As the private key will be changed
After you have completed the above its pretty simple to send your coins to cryptopia or any other exchange which supports PAK Coin
Hope this helps , generally the same procedure will work with all exchanges which are supported you can ask if there are more queries
