Crypto-Core [.] info / cryptoalpha [.] info is a SCAM or Not
Initially this site was CryptoAlpha but as it got blocked due to excessive spamming it got changed to crypto-core and when people will realize that crypto-core is also a scam the domain name will keep on changing.
I will explain why it is a scam, A user contacted me over social media and asked me that he has around 0.0386 BTC on the same site but he can not seem to withdraw the money, so I looked into it and found out the scam at work.
The website prompts the following message when you try to withdraw funds :
In connection with EU adopts rules to reduce anonymity for crypto users 15 May 2018, we were forced to reduce the number of bots and alter the exchange system. Your balance of has been frozen until you make a deposit. Need to make a Deposit in the amount of 0 / 0.01 BTC.
First of all there is no such EU Rule and you do not need to deposit anything to withdraw but to my surprise in another crypto group people say its legit and after paying this amount you can get the money, How Naive.
The user is tricked into believing that if they deposit 0.01 btc they will have withdrawal abilities. Once you deposit the 0.01 you will get another message below:
you need to make a deposit to unlock your account, your account was suspected of fraud after the deposit, you will be able to withdraw your funds. the required amount to deposit 0.025 btc.
If you still deposit they will show you some money laundering message and close your account so its just a very old scam with a change of name.
