Best tablet for thethering my Sprint j3 emerge phone

I have a Sprint Samsung j3 emerge phone plan Android not apple I want too thether an iPad tablet 7" maybe not much larger. My data plan currently is 2 3 gb. What would you recommend for a tablet USB and Bluetooth thethering. Oh I do watch YouTube.

I dont know if what you saying is the same which i think.

You can use your Android device to enable "Wifi Tethering" and connect your Apple devices with that WiFi. Your data plan is not sufficient for tethering if you even want to use YouTube etc.
