how to recover fbk account when hacker has changed email id and phone number

Question

Someone has hacked friend's account and has changed linked email ID and Phone number too.
Have tried many ways but couldn't succeeded.
Any help in recovering?

What all you tried ? 

You should visit : facebook.com/hacked and proceed with it and provide as much detail as possible this is the only legit and working method and it gives success too.

again follow the site and the steps given in detail

https://www.facebook.com/hacked on this link they asked for email or phone number and the hacker has changed both. nothing comes on the previous email/phone number.

Have tried all the possible ways given on the Facebook site.

Any other way to contact facebook?

thats not possible that nothing would come on the original email / phone .. how much time has passed since the hacker changed the information ?
