Lenovo "TAB3 7 Essential" to continue, sign in problem. Any solution plz.. A kid's tab

Not entirely sure , what sign in problem you mean but I think you are referring to the Google Account Verification after factory reset on Lenovo TAB-3 7 Essential . To fix this issue you will need to do a "Hard Reset" 

How to Hard Reset Lenovo Tab-3 7 Essential

1. Hold down the Power key for a short while in order to turn off the cell phone.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up + Power button simultaneously for about 10 seconds.
3. In order to choose "Clear eMMC" use the Volume Down to navigate and the Power key to confirm.
4. After the Hard Reset you will not get any account sign in problem.

Hope this will help , if it doesn't we can try other methods aswell

I did hard reset but same issue.. and with volume + and power button the other window came

1. Turn off the Tab.Press Power rocker for a short while.

3. You have to release held keys when you see the Android Robot.
4. To enter the Recovery Mode hold down the Power key for a short while.
5. From the menu choose "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" by using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to select options.
6. Tap "yes" to confirm the operation if you are certain you want to clear all your data.
7. Finally, use the Power button to accept option "reboot system now".

did you erase the eMMC ? if nothing happened , we can go with flashing recovery

You can upload images aswell .. click on the Image icon > Click on Upload Tab > Choose File > Send to Server :)

Also show me the bootloader image

Its a security step set up by google, one needs to open the google account that was previously used on that device.
The only solition I came upto is flashing a stock rom, or a custom rom may also be used......

ill write down a tutorial , by evening on how to flash a custom ROM , that way you will be able to get over this google account security feature .. and there is an "email option" when ever someone answers or comments you get an email in your account.

You will need a Computer , USB Cable & your tablet for this process, if you have these things keep on reading.

Flashing Stock ROM on Lenovo Tab3 7 Essential - TB3-710F

1. Download and extract SP Flash Tool (SPFT).
2. Download, extract, and install the Preloader USB VCOM driver (cdc-acm).
3. Download and extract  TB3-710F firmware.
4. Run the SPFT, load the scatter file that was included with the firmware download.
5. Make sure that SPFT mode is set to "download only".
6. Remove the checkmarks from the partitions you do not want to overwrite. In your case, first try to only flash the BOOT/BOOTIMG and SYSTEM/ANDROID partitions (remove all checkmarks except for boot and system).
7. Click the SPFT download button.
8. Connect the tablet to the PC via USB. The tablet must be off. If it's running, just shut it down or reboot.
9. As soon as the tablet's boot process begins, the SPFT should find it and begin the flashing process.

Once done it should not ask for OLD google account.

well its not that much , but still the way to do it is "flash a custom ROM or Re flash STOCK Rom" that will solve your issue .. you may learn while trying .still if you don't want to its fine .. you may select the answer so the post is marked as Solved as did provide what all was required.thnks

you proceed using the procedure as mentioned in this comment , but in Step 3 : use the Firmware S00030 with Recovery .

But be aware of one thing , if you click the download button in SPFT after connecting the tablet, or after rebooting? If you do this IT WILL NOT WORK. 
Click the download button first, then connect the tablet which should be OFF. That's due to the way MediaTek has implemented this..

Yes , but there are very less chances that it might still work as you didn't flash the boatloader .. and you can try flashing the 29 firmware again .. did you try that ?

Hope you doing it while the TAB is off ? 

also after you flash the firmware 29 , Download this Custom TWRP Recovery for your Tab and only select the "Recovery" partition and flash it ..using the same procedure as mentioned above. once down open "Recovery on your Tab" as already mentioned in above comments..if custom recovery opens up their you need to format the partition "frp" that is the "Factory Reset Protection" partition which is storing the Google Account information to prevent misuse .

My treat is getting this damn tab to work :p

The best part of trying to help is that I also learn along the way, in your case .

To Reset the Tablet to Format the Factory Reset Protection (which does not show the old google account) is to simply install a Custom Recovery and once that is done , format the frp partition.
