You should share bit of details about your system. but its a common error I am seeing on many users trying to use the official mining program, it is at times due to MSCVP dll errors , try installing VC_redist.x64.exe
hope this works. you can also try ccminer to mine etn etc
Can you please share what to write in the batch file. I have downloaded ccminer tried yimp I was getting a hash rate of 3068kh/s and did etn mining with 3rd gen i3 laptop got 750 shares already but worried because can't see the stats.
